Expertise on PeopleTools 8.48 and above, PeopleCode, Application packages/classes, Workflows, CI, App Engine, COBOL/SQR/Crystal (India Payroll), PS Query,Security (Row & Object)

Perfroming data migration work, developing data templates, creating file layouts and component interfaces for data migration and performing data migration using FTP URI's.

Conducting an impact analysis of implementing enhancements to the existing business processes / Implementation

Handling fit-gap analysis of the enhancements provided in the Functional Spec

Independently handling development of customizations and reports

Handling test upgrade moves, generating compare reports and compare report analysis

Planning user training schedules, preparing training outlines and guides and coordinating training sessions

Conducting user acceptance testing.
