Job Description
a) Conduct scientific research in the area of food ingredient, their iimpact on process, intermediates, finished products & shelflife with relation to baked goods. b) Apply the research outcome to deliver specific consumer winning product/packaging solution. c) Co-ordinate with legal to ensure IP protection & patent on the developmets d) Co-ordinate with value space groups & consumer insight groups in marketing to translate the science to deliver consumer delight/ cost competitiveness business. e) Extend the competency science output to other technology platforms adopted . f) Developing Networking, partnership with external agencies to drive research projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
PhD/MSc in Food Science / oil Technology /cereal grains. from following insitutes ( CFTRI\udct\ University of reading in UK
- University of Kansas in Us )
