Job Description

1.Scheduling & work Allocation

2.Provide Technical inputs to the team members.

3.Project Tracking and execution

4.Organizing and participating in Peer Review

5.System requirement study

6.Client Communication at Technical Level

7.Defect tracking and analysis

8.Interacting with SQA for the process audit

9.Internal review meetings

10.Project status reporting to STL / PM

11.Review all documents and deliverables before dispatching to the client.

12.Mentoring the Team

13.Evaluating Team Strengths & Identifying Skill Gaps

14.Participation in Recruitment Process

15.Integrated testing

16.Coding - some critical sections / Common components

Desired Candidate Profile

· Experienced in .Net projects

· Good knowledge on .Net framework and OOPS concepts

· Has to be good and experienced in ASP.Net and C#

· Good in RDBMS concepts and MS SQL server

· Excellent communication and smart learner

· Understanding of design concepts and ability to translate business requirements to functional / technical specs.
